Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving the last item of your order to request a return or cancellation. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return or cancellation You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://shopify.com/8713404493/account. Alternatively, you can contact us at flo@fern-fahrraeder.de. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you have notified us, you must ship the item back within 14 days.

Return shipping costs You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. This includes the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase (but not any premium or express delivery upgrades). Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items produced to your specifications.
